Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) [HAM(S)] is a people-centric political movement founded on the principles of social justice, constitutional values, inclusive development, and good governance. Established on 8 May 2015 by former Chief Minister of Bihar Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, the party emerged from a firm belief that every Indian—irrespective of caste, religion, gender, region, or economic background—deserves equal opportunity, dignity, and a meaningful voice in the nation's progress. The party was subsequently recognised by the Election Commission of India in July 2015.HAM(S) represents the aspirations of the poor, the marginalised, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes, minorities, women, youth, farmers, labourers and all those who seek equitable participation in India's growth story. Our politics is rooted in service, accountability and empowerment—not privilege.

We believe that true national progress is achieved when the last person in society is empowered to live with dignity and self-reliance.
